# Workbench Overview

Workbench provides local data tables stored in SQLite on your machine.

## Two types of data

1. **Auto-sync tables** - populated from your LinkedIn and X activity (connections, profiles, posts, companies, messages, followers, following, search results)
2. **User workbenches** - custom tables you create for any purpose

## Interface

- **Left sidebar** shows auto-sync data types with counts, new row badges (+N), and sync status indicators
- **Main grid view** with sortable columns, row selection, and detail sidebar
- **Analytics tab** for data visualization
