# Recurring work with Routines

> Choose an agent, schedule and conversation for repeated work.

Routines run an instruction on selected days and deliver the result into a conversation. Open **Work → Routines**.

## Create a routine

1. Open the create form and enter a title you can recognize later.
2. Pick the **Agent** that should do the work.
3. Write the instruction with the expected result, relevant context, and any limits on actions.
4. Select at least one day of the week.
5. Enter the **Time** in 24-hour `HH:MM` format and check the **Timezone**.
6. Under **Deliver into**, pick the conversation that should receive the result.
7. Choose **Create routine**. Open the saved routine and check its settings.

The form requires a title, an agent, an instruction, selected days, a valid time, a timezone, and a delivery conversation. If agent or conversation choices fail to load, resolve that before creating the routine.

## Update the schedule

Open the routine, change the instruction or schedule, and choose **Save routine**. Check the timezone when moving a routine between teams or regions.

## Review the result

Return to the delivery conversation after the scheduled run. Check that the result answers the instruction and inspect any requested approval or access error. A saved schedule does not prove that the agent completed its work.
