## CRM Integrations

### HubSpot

Sync contacts, companies, deals, and activities with HubSpot.

**Connecting:**
1. Go to **Settings → Integrations**
2. Click **HubSpot**
3. Click **Connect**
4. Sign in to your HubSpot account

### Salesforce

Sync leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities with Salesforce.

**Connecting:**
1. Click **Salesforce**
2. Click **Connect**
3. Sign in to your Salesforce org
4. Authorize graph8 access

Connect with a Salesforce user that can see and edit the Lead, Contact, and Account fields you want synced. Using a dedicated integration user? Give it the right permissions first, then click **Re-check** in the Salesforce settings if graph8 reports fields it cannot access. See the [Salesforce integration user permissions guide →](https://docs.graph8.com/settings/salesforce-integration-user-permissions/)

### Pipedrive

Sync contacts (persons), organizations, deals, leads, and activities with Pipedrive. Pipedrive **labels** (Customer, Hot lead, and so on) appear in graph8 as lists, so you can pull or push exactly the records carrying a given tag.

**Connecting:**
1. Click **Pipedrive**
2. Click **Connect**
3. Sign in to your Pipedrive account (use a Pipedrive admin account)
4. Authorize graph8 access

For the full setup guide, including pull and push configuration, label-based list sync, and field mapping, see the [Pipedrive integration guide →](https://docs.graph8.com/settings/pipedrive/)

### Zoho CRM

Sync contacts, companies, leads, deals, and activities with Zoho CRM.

**Connecting:**
1. Click **Zoho**
2. Click **Connect**
3. Sign in to your Zoho account
4. Authorize graph8 access

### SugarCRM

Sync contacts, companies, leads, deals, appointments, and activities with SugarCRM. Unlike other CRMs, SugarCRM connects directly using your instance credentials rather than OAuth.

**Connecting:**
1. Click **SugarCRM**
2. Click **Connect**
3. Enter your SugarCRM instance URL (e.g., `https://yourcompany.sugarondemand.com`)
4. Enter your SugarCRM username and password
5. Click **Connect**

**Supported entities:** Contacts, companies (Accounts), leads, deals (Opportunities), appointments (Meetings), and activities (calls, notes, tasks).

**Field mapping:** Standard fields are auto-mapped for contacts, companies, and deals. Custom field mappings can be configured in the Settings modal under the Field Mapping tab.

**Disconnecting:** Disconnecting clears stored credentials immediately. Reconnecting requires re-entering your instance URL and credentials.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Can I connect multiple CRMs?

Yes, you can connect multiple CRM instances. Each syncs independently. Be mindful of duplicate records when using multiple CRMs.

### What happens to my data if I disconnect an integration?

Data already synced into graph8 remains. No new data flows in or out. Reconnecting resumes syncing from where it left off.

### How often does data sync?

Sync frequency depends on the integration and your plan. Most integrations sync every 15 minutes to 1 hour. Real-time sync is available on Enterprise plans.

### Can I control which fields sync?

Yes. Each CRM integration has field mapping settings where you can choose which fields sync in each direction. See [Connections](https://docs.graph8.com/engage/connections/) for detailed sync configuration.
