> Set your working hours and availability for meetings, appointments, and sequence scheduling.

Source: https://docs.graph8.com/settings/schedule-availability/

Schedule & Availability defines when you're available for meetings and when sequences can send on your behalf. Connected calendars and the appointment booking system use these settings to show open time slots.

## Setting Your Availability

1. Go to **Settings → Schedule & Availability**
2. Set your working hours for each day of the week
3. Toggle days on or off (e.g., disable weekends)
4. Set break periods to block off lunch or focus time
5. Click **Save**

## Availability Settings

| Setting | Description |
|---------|-------------|
| **Working hours** | Start and end time for each day of the week |
| **Day toggles** | Enable or disable individual days (Mon-Sun) |
| **Break periods** | Block time within working hours (e.g., 12pm-1pm lunch) |
| **Timezone** | Your personal timezone (overrides org default) |
| **Buffer time** | Minimum gap between consecutive meetings |

## How Availability Is Used

### Meeting Booking

When prospects book meetings through graph8 appointment links, they only see time slots within your available hours. Buffer time prevents back-to-back meetings.

### Sequence Scheduling

Sequences respect your availability settings when scheduling email sends, call steps, and LinkedIn actions. Messages only send during your defined working hours and timezone.

### Calendar Sync

When you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, existing calendar events automatically block those times. This prevents double-booking.

> **Tip:**
> Set your availability before launching your first sequence. Without availability configured, sequences may attempt to send outside business hours, which reduces engagement rates.
