graph8 offers tiered plans based on team size and feature needs.
Plan Comparison
Each plan includes:
- User seats — how many team members can access the platform
- Mailboxes — number of connected email accounts
- Phone numbers — provisioned calling/SMS numbers
- Credits — monthly credit allocation for enrichment and AI features
- Features — which platform features are available
Viewing Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Your current plan, billing cycle, and renewal date are shown at the top
Subscription
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select the new plan
- Review the price difference (prorated for the current billing cycle)
- Confirm
Upgrades take effect immediately. New features and limits are available right away.
Downgrading
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Review what changes at the end of your current billing cycle
- Confirm
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current plan’s features until then.
Cancellation
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Review what happens after cancellation
- Provide optional feedback
- Confirm
After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid period. Data is retained for 30 days after the account expires.
Credits
Credits power enrichment, AI features, and premium actions across the platform.
Credit Balance
View your current balance, monthly allocation, and usage trends on the Billing page.
Credit Usage
Credits are consumed by:
- Contact enrichment — waterfall enrichment across data providers
- AI features — AI email composition, call transcription, voice AI
- Premium actions — certain integrations and advanced features
Auto-Recharge
Keep your balance topped up automatically:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Credits
- Toggle Auto-Recharge on
- Set the threshold (recharge when balance drops below this amount)
- Set the recharge amount
- Save
Purchasing Credits
Buy additional credits anytime:
- Click Buy Credits
- Select a credit pack
- Complete payment
- Credits are added to your balance immediately
Payment Methods
Adding a Card
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add Card
- Enter card details
- Save
Updating a Card
- Click the existing card
- Click Update
- Enter new card details
- Save
Default Payment Method
The default card is used for subscription renewals and auto-recharge. To change the default:
- Add a new card
- Click Set as Default
- Optionally remove the old card
Invoices
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
- Browse your billing history
- Each invoice shows date, amount, and status (paid, pending, failed)
Downloading
Click any invoice to download a PDF for your records or accounting.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You’ll receive an email notification
- graph8 retries the payment automatically
- Update your payment method if the card is expired or declined
- Contact support if issues persist

Track how your organization uses its plan allocation.
Usage Metrics
- Seats — active users vs. plan limit
- Mailboxes — connected mailboxes vs. limit
- Phone numbers — provisioned numbers vs. limit
- Credits — monthly usage vs. allocation
- Storage — data storage used
Approaching Limits
graph8 warns you when you’re close to a plan limit. Upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons to increase limits.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing offers a discount. Switch from Settings → Billing → Change Plan and select the annual option.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Features that require credits are paused until your balance is replenished. Enable auto-recharge to avoid interruptions.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support for refund requests. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days.
How do I update my billing email?
Invoices are sent to the organization owner’s email. To change this, go to Settings → Billing → Billing Email and enter the preferred address.
Tip: Enable auto-recharge for credits to avoid interruptions in enrichment and AI features.
