Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use one number for both calls and SMS?
Yes, most numbers support both voice and SMS. Enable SMS on any voice-capable number.
What countries are supported?
Phone number availability depends on the region. US, Canada, UK, and many other countries are supported. Check availability during the number search.
How do I remove a phone number?
Release the number from Settings → Phone Numbers. Released numbers cannot be recovered and may be reassigned to another customer.
Do I need separate numbers for inbound and outbound?
Not required, but recommended for high-volume operations. Using dedicated inbound numbers avoids conflicts with outbound caller ID.
Tip: Use local numbers matching your prospects’ area codes to improve answer rates.
