Global Context

Global Context is the foundation of Studio. It stores everything the AI needs to know about your organization — your brand, messaging, target audience, and competitive landscape. Every campaign, account document, and piece of content Studio generates draws from this context.

Global generates documents organized in three sections: Intelligence, Context Documents, and Research Reports.

Company Profile

Your company profile provides the basic facts the AI uses in every output.

Go to Studio → Global → Company Profile to set up:

  • Basic info — company name, website, industry, size, description
  • Contact — headquarters address, phone, support email
  • Social media — LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other profiles
  • Custom fields — any additional details relevant to your business

Complete your profile before generating documents — the AI uses this data as a starting point for all research.

Intelligence

Intelligence is raw data collection. Studio analyzes your website, competitors, and market to gather the source material that feeds into everything else.

Running Intelligence

  1. Go to Studio → Global → Intelligence
  2. Click Run All to collect all data types, or run individually
  3. Intelligence runs in the background — each item updates as it completes
  4. Rerun periodically to keep your data current

Intelligence data feeds directly into context document and research report generation. The more complete your intelligence, the better your generated documents will be.

  3. The AI analyzes your company profile, website, and intelligence data to produce each document
  4. Review and edit any document — your changes are preserved across regenerations

Documents are versioned automatically. Each save creates a snapshot you can reference later.

Research Reports

Research reports are deep-dive analyses that synthesize your intelligence data into actionable insights. They use extended AI thinking for more thorough analysis.

Research reports can be regenerated as your market evolves. Each report builds on your intelligence data, so rerunning intelligence first produces more up-to-date reports.

Personas

Personas define the buyer roles you’re targeting. Studio’s AI generates detailed personas based on your intelligence and context documents.

Each persona includes:

  • Title and priority — the role and how important it is to your go-to-market
  • Why target — what makes this persona relevant
  • Key signals — indicators this person is a good fit
  • Receptivity assessment — how likely they are to engage
  • Campaign approach — recommended outreach strategy
  • Confidence scoring — data strengths and gaps behind the recommendation

Creating Personas

  • AI-generated — let Studio analyze your intelligence and suggest personas with confidence scores
  • Manual — create personas by hand with your own criteria
  • Hybrid — start with AI suggestions and refine

ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)

ICPs define the companies you want to sell to. They complement personas (who) with firmographic targeting (where).

Each ICP includes:

CriteriaExamples
FirmographicsCompany size, revenue, industry, growth stage
TechnographicsTech stack requirements (e.g., uses Salesforce)
Business signalsBuying triggers, growth indicators
TiersPriority tiers (Tier 1 = best fit, Tier 2 = good fit, etc.)

ICPs map to personas — you can see which buyer roles are most relevant for each ICP tier.
