Mission 1: Master Account Research

Step 1: Run Account Intelligence

  1. Navigate to the Accounts tab in the left sidebar.

  2. Select a target account from your list (or add one by clicking + Add Account).

  3. On the account detail page, click the Run Intelligence button.

  4. Wait for the 6-step intelligence workflow to complete. Each category generates a searchable document:

    • Website Scrape
    • Company Enrichment
    • Financial Intelligence
    • Leadership Research
    • News & Events
    • Tech Stack

Step 2: Map Stakeholders

  1. From the account detail page, click the Contacts subtab.

  2. Add stakeholders by clicking + Add Contact or importing via CSV.

  3. For each contact, set the buying_role field to one of:

    • Champion — your internal advocate
    • Decision Maker — has budget authority
    • Influencer — shapes the evaluation
    • Blocker — favors the status quo
  4. Set the engagement_score (0-100) based on your interaction history with that contact.


Step 3: Pre-Call Prep with Copilot

Use these Copilot queries to prepare for any call in under 5 minutes:

  1. Open Copilot from the bottom-right corner of Studio.

  2. Ask: “Summarize what we know about [account name]” to get a full account briefing.

  3. Ask: “Who are the key decision makers at [account name]?” to review your stakeholder map.

  4. Ask: “Any recent news about [account name]?” to find conversation starters.
