Mission 3: Connect Your Tools

graph8 works best when it’s connected to your existing tools. This mission walks you through linking your CRM and email.

Step 1: Connect a CRM

Connecting your CRM lets graph8 sync contacts, companies, and deals automatically.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Connections
  2. Find your CRM:
    • HubSpot — click Connect, then authorize with your HubSpot account
    • Salesforce — click Connect, then log in with your Salesforce credentials
    • Pipedrive — click Connect, then authorize with your Pipedrive account
  3. Once connected, graph8 will start syncing data in the background
  4. Check back after a few minutes to see your CRM data in the Contacts and Companies sections

Step 2: Connect a mailbox

Connecting your email lets graph8 send outreach on your behalf and track replies.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Mailboxes
  2. Click Add Mailbox
  3. Choose your email provider:
    • Google Workspace — authorize with your Google account
    • Microsoft 365 — authorize with your Microsoft account
    • SMTP/IMAP — enter your email server details manually
  4. Complete the authorization flow
  5. Once connected, your mailbox will appear in the list with a green status

Once you’ve connected a CRM and a mailbox, this mission is complete!
