Mission 2: Generate Global Context

What you’ll learn

  • How to trigger the 21-document Context Generation suite
  • How to review and refine auto-generated Personas
  • How to interpret ICP scoring (fit, opportunity, readiness)
  • How to access and use the 6 Research Reports

Trigger Context Generation

  1. Navigate to Context & Grounding

Click Studio -> Global in the left sidebar, then open the Context & Grounding section.

  2. Click Generate

Click the Generate button to start the 21-document creation process. Documents include messaging frameworks, positioning statements, brand voice guidelines, and more.

  3. Monitor generation progress

Each document shows a status indicator as it generates. The full suite takes approximately 20-30 minutes. You do not need to stay on this page — generation continues in the background.

Trigger Research Reports

  1. Navigate to Research

Click Studio -> Global in the left sidebar, then open the Research section.

  2. Click Generate All Reports

Click Generate All Reports to start all 6 reports in parallel. Reports cover Voice of Customer, Buyer Psychology, Competitive Intelligence, Market Trends, Win/Loss Themes, and Industry Analysis.

  3. Wait for completion

Reports generate concurrently and typically finish within 10-15 minutes.

Review Personas

  1. Open the Personas tab

Navigate to Audiences -> Personas. You will see 3-5 auto-generated buyer personas based on the Company Profile and context documents.

  2. Review each persona

Click into each persona to review: title/role patterns, key pain points, motivations and goals, preferred communication style, and common objections.

  3. Edit as needed

Update persona names, descriptions, or pain points to match your client’s actual buying committee. The more accurate these are, the better your campaign messaging will be.

  4. Verify coverage

Ensure the personas cover the key roles in the buying committee — typically a decision maker, a champion, a technical evaluator, and an end user.

Review ICPs

  1. Open the ICPs tab

Navigate to Audiences -> ICPs. Each ICP represents an ideal customer segment with scored criteria.

  2. Understand the three scores

Each ICP has three component scores:

    ScoreRangeWhat It Measures
Fit Score0-40Firmographic match — industry, size, tech stack
Opportunity Score0-30Growth signals — funding, expansion, hiring
Readiness Score0-30Intent signals — timing, urgency indicators
  3. Review firmographic criteria

Check that the industry, company size, revenue range, geography, and tech stack filters align with your client’s actual target market.

  4. Adjust if needed

Edit any criteria that do not match. Accurate ICPs drive better contact targeting in campaigns and sequences.

Review Research Reports

  1. Open the Research section

Navigate to Studio -> Global -> Research. You will see 6 completed reports.

  2. Read each report

Open each report and review the key findings. Pay special attention to:

    • Voice of Customer — language and terminology to use in campaigns
    • Competitive Intelligence — differentiators to highlight
    • Buyer Psychology — objection patterns to address
  3. Note insights for campaigns

These reports feed directly into campaign generation. Any gaps or inaccuracies here will cascade into campaign content, so flag anything that needs correction.

Mission complete

You now have 21 context documents, 3-5 personas, scored ICPs, and 6 research reports. This foundation powers every campaign the platform generates.
