Step 1: Deep Research with Copilot

Go beyond the basic pre-call queries from Mission 1. Copilot can cross-reference intelligence across all your accounts.

  1. Open Copilot from the bottom-right corner of Studio.

  2. Run advanced research queries against your account intelligence:

    • “Compare the tech stacks of Acme Corp and Beta Inc” — find patterns across accounts
    • “Which of my accounts have recent funding rounds?” — identify accounts with budget
    • “What pain points has [contact name] mentioned?” — pull from meeting notes and CRM data
  3. Use the results to tailor your messaging and prioritize your outreach.


Step 2: AI Email Generation

Generate contextual follow-up emails that reference real account intelligence.

  1. From an account detail page, open Copilot.

  2. Ask: “Draft a follow-up email to [contact name] at [account name] about [topic]”.

  3. Review the generated email. Copilot pulls from:

    • Account intelligence documents
    • Previous meeting notes
    • Stakeholder roles and engagement history
  4. Edit the draft to match your voice, then copy it into your email client or sequence.

Step 3: Meeting Transcripts

Meeting transcripts are RAG-indexed, meaning Copilot can search and reference them in future queries.

  1. After a recorded meeting, navigate to the account detail page.

  2. Click the Meetings subtab to view transcripts associated with this account.

  3. Review the auto-generated summary for key discussion points, action items, and next steps.

  4. Use Copilot to query across your meeting history:

    • “What did we discuss with Acme in our last meeting?”
    • “Has anyone at Acme mentioned concerns about pricing?”
    • “What action items are outstanding for the Acme deal?”
