Week 1 Workflow: New Client Onboarding

Day 0: Intelligence Foundation

Active time: 30 minutes

  1. Run Intelligence Workflow

    Navigate to Workflows tab, enter client’s primary website URL, and click Start Intelligence. Monitor progress via workflow status indicators.

    Expected output: Company Profile, 11 intelligence data points

  2. Review Company Profile

    Go to Settings → Company Profile, verify extracted information is accurate, edit any incorrect fields, and click Approve to unlock downstream workflows.

  3. Trigger Context Generation

    Navigate to Context & Grounding, click Generate to start 21-document creation. Generation runs in background (~20-30 minutes total).

  4. Trigger Research Reports

    Navigate to Research, click Generate All Reports. 6 reports generate in parallel.

Day 1: Strategy Development

Active time: 1 hour

  1. Review Generated Personas

    Go to Audiences → Personas tab. Review auto-generated buyer personas, edit names, descriptions, or pain points as needed. Ensure 3-5 personas cover the buying committee.

  2. Review ICPs

    Go to Audiences → ICPs tab. Check fit_score, opportunity_score, readiness_score. Adjust firmographic criteria if needed.

  3. Generate Campaign Ideas

    Navigate to Campaigns → Ideas tab, click Generate Ideas. 5-10 AI-generated concepts appear in 2-3 minutes. Review each idea’s core_concept and primary_hook.

  4. Push Idea to Campaign

    Select best idea from grid, click Push to Campaign, enter campaign name. Document generation begins automatically (10+ docs).

Day 2: Client Delivery

Active time: 45 minutes

  1. Check Campaign Dashboard

    Open the campaign, click Dashboard tab. Review Readiness Score (target: 75+) and check risk_assessment for blockers.

  2. Refine Campaign Documents

    Click any document to open Canvas editor. Make client-specific refinements. Use Copilot to suggest improvements: “Make this more conversational”

  3. Export for Client

    Use Export function for client-facing deliverables. Include Campaign Passport (summary PDF). Schedule client walkthrough.
