Answer-engine share-of-voice: mention/citation rate, SoV, leaderboard.

engine is passed through as a RESOLVED value. Called directly (not via FastAPI), an omitted param would keep its Query(default=None) sentinel, which the cb handler reads as a truthy unsupported engine and rejects with a 400 on every call - so the value must be forwarded explicitly.
