Work: conversations and agent work
Work brings team conversations and agent activity into the same workspace. Open Work in the main navigation and start with Inbox.

Work in a conversation
- Open Inbox and choose the conversation that contains the relevant people and context.
- Write the outcome you want. Include the records, files, constraints, and intended audience the agent needs.
- Follow the conversation for questions, progress, and results. Review any approval request before allowing the described action.
- Open All Work to inspect related work across conversations. Return to the original conversation when you need its instructions or context.
- Review the resulting message, artifact, or changed record. A running task or an approval request is not a completed result.
Review attachments and artifacts
Keep supporting files in the conversation where the work is happening. When a result includes an artifact, open it and review its contents before sharing it. If the interface offers versions or export, check that you are working with the intended version.
Schedule recurring work
Open Routines to manage repeated work. Describe the task, choose the schedule and destination offered by the form, and review the configuration before saving. Check the resulting chat message after a run. If a run needs access or a decision, resolve that request before expecting later runs to complete.
Recover from a problem
- If work needs approval, review the requested action and its scope in the conversation.
- If an attachment or result is missing, return to the source conversation rather than starting a duplicate task immediately.
- If an agent reports an access or connection error, fix that dependency before retrying a consequential action.
- If a view is absent, check with your administrator; browser and desktop capabilities can differ.
