The recording is played in the rep’s CLONED VOICE and the call is then hung up with disposition voicemail. The person hears it; there is no undo, and a wrong call_id leaves the message on the wrong stranger’s phone.

Open because voice owns the shape of a session, a call stub and a queue stat, and it grows them without a contract bump here. A dropped field would otherwise turn an added upstream field into a removed public one.
