Organization knowledge
Use Studio → Knowledge to find the documents and concepts that provide context for your organization.
Browse and search
- Open Studio → Knowledge.
- Select a folder to see its contents. On a small screen, use the folder-tree control to choose another folder.
- Select a document to preview its details.
- Use search to find relevant knowledge, then inspect the source and content before relying on it.
A document preview is useful for confirming that the knowledge actually supports the answer or action you have in mind.
Add or propose knowledge
Choose Add knowledge and follow the available contribution options. When authoring is offered, write the information and supporting context in the form. Submission may create a proposal; review its resulting status rather than assuming that the content immediately became authoritative.
Edit and amend
When the detail view offers Edit or Amend, use the action that matches your intended change. Keep the change specific and preserve the context needed to understand it. Check the resulting proposal or document after submission.
Troubleshooting
- If loading fails, use the retry action and check your organization’s access.
- If a document is absent, try its subject or source name in search and check the folder selection.
- If a generated answer conflicts with a source, review the underlying document and correct or amend it through the available authoring flow.
