Get Work Attachment Link
GET /work/attachments/{attachment_id}
Authorize this credential for one attachment, then mint a short-lived link.
Being authenticated is not permission: an attachment id is a UUID in a URL,
and “holds a key” would otherwise make every file in the organization
readable. A caller may read an attachment carried by a message in a
conversation they can see. A missing attachment and an unreadable one both
answer 404, so this cannot be used to probe which ids exist.
