/lists/{list_id}/contacts
Remove contacts from a list.
removed is the number of membership rows really deleted; requested ids
that were not on the list come back in not_member (LI-01). A missing or
deleted list is a 404 (a deleted list’s membership is frozen, so nothing
could be removed from it anyway).
