Report whether this is the developer sandbox and which org the key acts as.

Answers on every deployment. In the developer sandbox: sandbox: true, environment: "sandbox". Anywhere else: sandbox: false and environment is "live" (production) or "qa". The other /sandbox/* routes exist only in the sandbox and return 404 elsewhere.
