Cancel Domain Transfer
POST /provider-domains/cancel-transfer
Abort an in-flight transfer.
Refunds are the registrar’s business, not graph8’s: cancelling stops the move, it does not guarantee the transfer fee back.

Abort an in-flight transfer.
The app handler reads request["domain_id"] off an untyped dict, so a
missing key is a 500 there. Typed here, it is a 422.

Open on purpose. These payloads are provider state and advisory reads whose
contents grow with the product, and a dropped field reads as “nothing to
