Resend Registrant Verification
POST /provider-domains/{domain_id}/resend-verification
Re-send the registrant verification mail.
ICANN suspends a domain whose registrant never verifies, which takes the
mailboxes on it down with it. Worth calling for any domain whose
verification status is not Verified.
