List Ad Account Health

Whether each connected ad account is still authorised and usable.

Reads the verdict the hourly poller recorded; it deliberately makes NO live platform call, so it is cheap enough to poll and can be up to an hour stale. This is the endpoint that answers “why did my sync stop working” - usually a revoked token or a suspended account.
