SPENDS NOTHING. The SEO fixes queued for a coding agent, with exact instructions and code.

Only fixes the organisation approved for its coding agent appear (status ready_for_agent), plus any whose claim expired. Each carries the page, ordered steps, the snippets to add and how success is checked. agents_md is the same list as an AGENTS.md document.
