Remove Sequence Channel

DELETE
/sequences/{sequence_id}/channels/{sequence_channel_id}

Detach one sender. Answers with the channels that remain.

Scoped to THIS sequence: a channel id belonging to another sequence detaches nothing. Same 409 as the bulk form.
