Delete a chat agent conversation

DELETE
/voice/chat-agent/conversations/{chat_id}

Delete the conversation and its messages. NOT REVERSIBLE.

What the agent LEARNED from it may survive in memory - see POST /voice/agents/{agent_id}/memory. Deleting the transcript is not the same as making the agent forget.
