GET /profile/mcp/tools
The MCP tool groups and toolboxes a person can choose between.
groups[].value and toolboxes[].id are the ids PUT /profile/preferences
accepts as mcp_tool_group. The catalog is the same for every caller, so
any key may read it.

“they do not have it”.
