Review the creative and return findings. SPENDS CREDIT.

deep defaults FALSE here and TRUE on the landing-page review. That is the app’s own asymmetry and it is preserved rather than smoothed over - the two passes cost differently, and quietly changing either default would make the same call behave differently through the API than in Studio.
