List Inbox Linkedin Accounts

/inbox/linkedin/accounts

LinkedIn accounts as the PROVIDER reports them.

Live from the provider, so it reflects a disconnected or suspended account immediately - but it carries none of the local inbox configuration. Read the configuration back from the update call, or set it with PUT /inbox/linkedin/accounts/{account_id}.
