Inbound call outcomes, filtered and paged. Reads only.

A POST because the filter set is a body; it gates on inbox:read. FAILED calls are excluded by the handler - this is the answered-call record, not a call log.

NOT /voice/dialer/calls, which reads the outbound dialer’s own tables. Same-sounding feature, different rows.
