Get Agency Payouts

/marketplace/agencies/{slug}/payouts

Payouts the agency received, attributed to the rep who earned each one.

Attribution comes through the service statement, NOT the payout row: the payout names the agency as payee, so grouping on it would collapse the whole roster onto one line.

A LIST result, so a bare list keeps its shape under items.

Several marketplace reads return a BARE JSON array (GET /v1/sdr/me/service-statements, the line-item reads, the agency statement list). Wrapping them keeps every published response an object, which is what lets the envelope carry pagination later without a breaking change.
