Clone a voice from a short audio sample

/voice/voice-library/voices

SPENDS CREDITS. Sends the sample to the voice provider and registers the cloned voice for the organisation; agents can then be assigned it. Voice refuses anything but .wav / .mp3 and anything over ten seconds (400).

Open-shaped: voice adds fields to these bodies on its own release cadence and a dropped-or-added key must not be a 500 in this service.
