Delete every file in a collection

DELETE
/voice/collections/{collection_id}/files/all

Empty the collection. The collection itself survives, with no content.

NOT REVERSIBLE, and there is no confirmation step - the separate path segment is the confirmation, which is why this is not DELETE .../files with the filename left off.
