GET /desk/kickoff/audio
Today’s kickoff script, SPOKEN: an audio/mpeg body.
The one desk operation that does not answer in the JSON envelope - the
payload is the MP3 itself, exactly as the app serves it. The script it
speaks is GET /desk/kickoff. The speech call is platform cost, but the
script behind it is BUILT here on a cache miss - a charged model call, the
same one GET /desk/kickoff makes - so this GET is tiered billable.

The rep’s UTC offset in MINUTES (local = UTC + tz_offset). The desk day is the rep’s LOCAL day; a wrong offset silently returns the wrong day rather than erroring.
