Record or clear a meeting outcome (qualified / not qualified)
POST /appointments/bookings/{booking_uid}/outcome
Record what an ended meeting produced, or clear it with outcome: null.
outcome is qualified or not_qualified. not_qualified needs a
reason (no_budget, wrong_person, no_need, bad_timing,
not_a_fit or other; other also needs a note); qualified
takes an optional note and no reason. Same rules and side effects as the
app (BookingsHandler.handle_set_outcome): setting an outcome clears the
booking’s no-show flags; it fires the meeting.qualified /
meeting.not_qualified webhook and, in booking-deal orgs, moves the
booking’s deal. 403 without the mark-absent permission (admin or a host of
the event type); 404 when the booking is not visible to the caller; 422
unless the booking is accepted and has ended.
