Every commission plan version your org holds, newest first.

Versions are immutable once written; a change is a NEW version against the same plan_id. Only an active version can be snapshotted onto a hire.

A LIST result, so a bare list keeps its shape under items.

Several marketplace reads return a BARE JSON array (GET /v1/sdr/me/service-statements, the line-item reads, the agency statement list). Wrapping them keeps every published response an object, which is what lets the envelope carry pagination later without a breaking change.
