Run a review pass and return findings. SPENDS CREDIT.

It CHANGES NOTHING - the findings are applied by /ai-review/apply (free, deterministic) or /ai-review/fix-with-ai (another model pass). Reviewing is still a spend even though it is read-only against the page, which is why it is not tiered as a read.

deep defaults TRUE, matching the app - the deeper pass is the one worth running, and quietly defaulting to the cheap one here would make the same call behave differently through the API than in Studio.
