List All Inbox Mailboxes

Team AND personal mailboxes in one list, unfiltered.

A three-segment LITERAL, declared before nothing that would swallow it - there is no /inbox/mailboxes/{mailbox} route, only deeper ones - but kept distinct from GET /inbox/mailboxes because that route defaults to a narrower set and callers reading only the obvious one would miss mailboxes.
