Reject Quote

/quotes/{quote_id}/reject

Reject a quote that is waiting for approval. A reason is required (400 without comment).

The quote stays an editable draft with approval_status rejected, which blocks sending until the rep revises it. Same approver rules as approve.

reason is accepted as another name for comment; send one. A rejection REQUIRES the text (400 without it), and it is recorded on the quote.
