Update Initiative
PATCH /radar/initiatives/{initiative_id}
Change an initiative’s owner and/or due date after approval.
Partial update: an omitted field is left alone, owner_id: null unassigns. The owner must be a member of this
organization (400 otherwise). create_crm_task: true also opens a CRM task for the resolved owner and needs a
task-write permission; the task is a best-effort side effect that never fails the edit, and crm_task_id is null
when none was made. 404 for an initiative that is not this organization’s.

Post-creation edits (F5). Partial-update semantics: a field OMITTED
from the request leaves the stored value unchanged; owner_id: null
