Add Sequence Steps

/sequences/{sequence_id}/steps

Add one or more steps to an existing sequence. Answers with EVERY step now in it.

The content is validated on write, as in the app: copy that cannot render (broken spintax, unclosed merge tags) is a 400 naming the problem, and hand-written copy on an ON_DEMAND step - which the generator would silently discard - is refused rather than accepted and dropped.
