Restart many workflow executions
POST /workflows/executions/bulk-restart
“Re-run all failed”, in one call. EVERY NODE RUNS AGAIN.
Not a resume: a restart begins at the start, so nodes that already succeeded run a second time - including anything that sent a message, called an API or spent credits the first time.
Voice applies a 60-second idempotency window to this route, so an
accidental double-submit inside that window does not double-run the batch.
Send an Idempotency-Key header as well for the app-wide guard.
Every execution in the batch is scoped to the caller’s org before it is touched; ids belonging to another tenant are simply not found.
A restart runs each workflow as it is NOW. When one has record steps or a
record trigger, the key needs the object scopes they exercise (403
missing_scopes refuses the whole batch, nothing restarts), and only the
workflow’s owner or a graph8 admin may restart it: for any other member that
item is reported in failed with owner_or_admin_required while the
rest of the batch goes ahead. When graph8 cannot confirm who is an admin,
that item is refused, never guessed, and also reported in failed.
When one restarts a skill with record inputs, the batch follows that skill’s run rules before anything restarts:
a member must run it (403 record_inputs_need_a_member), the key needs the object scopes (403
missing_scopes) and an org key’s own object grants must allow its objects (403
record_inputs_object_denied). The skill then reads its records as the key’s member, never an act-as member.

object
One voice object - a collection, an agent, a route, a chat.
Open-shaped: voice adds fields to these bodies on its own release cadence and a dropped-or-added key must not be a 500 in this service.
