Generate a persona x platform matrix of creatives. SPENDS CREDIT, per cell.

Up to 24 full creatives (copy pass + image pass each) in one call - the largest spend on this router. Every row is committed as generating before any generation starts; poll each creative’s /status.

Generate a persona x platform (x variant) matrix of creatives. SPENDS CREDIT.

One full creative per cell: len(personas) * len(platforms) * variants_per_cell, capped at 24 per batch (a larger matrix is a 422). AI imagery only - image_source is fixed to ai.
