DELETE
/voice/twins/{agent_id}

Delete the twin. NOT REVERSIBLE.

Published beside DELETE /voice/agents/{agent_id} rather than instead of it: both remove the same underlying row, and this one is here so a caller working against /voice/twins does not have to know that.
