/work/projects/{project_id}

Tombstone one project. Its conversation survives.

403 unless the caller created it or holds Owner/Admin. The response names what SURVIVES: the project’s messages and action receipts are kept and counted. Repeating the call is safe. The optional body carries only an audit reason; omitting it records user_requested, as the app does.
