GET /desk/wrapped
This local ISO WEEK’s numbers, best email and personal records.
Weekly, not daily, and the week boundary follows tz_offset - so a wrong
offset can return last week’s numbers around the weekend.

The rep’s UTC offset in MINUTES (local = UTC + tz_offset). The desk day is the rep’s LOCAL day; a wrong offset silently returns the wrong day rather than erroring.
