List Agent Specialists
GET /agent/specialists
The sub-agents available to be delegated to.
The bench: who each specialist is, what it is for, and whether it backs the Chief of Staff. Static and the same for every organisation - it is the catalogue of what the platform can delegate to, not what YOUR org has configured.
Read it to learn the agent_id values POST /agent/work-items accepts as
its planner template. An unknown id there falls back to the general planner
rather than failing, which is why that field is an open string - this is the
list that stops a caller relying on that fallback by accident.
