The cost scales with lookback_days and the corpus it selects - check /ideas/corpus-stats first, which is free.

Asynchronous: it returns once the work is dispatched. include_archived TRUE (the app’s default) lets a previously dismissed theme resurface.

include_archived TRUE (the app’s default) lets a previously dismissed theme resurface; false is “fresh only”.
