Reindex Company Profile
POST /company-profile/reindex
Rebuild the search index over this profile. SPENDS PROVIDER BUDGET.
Every call re-embeds the whole profile through the embedding provider -
there is no dedupe, and the cost is proportional to how much is in the
profile rather than to what changed. Tiered billable for that reason.
Worth calling after a profile edit: the published PUT /company-profile
writes the row but does NOT re-index, so anything that reads the profile
through search stays stale until this runs.
The website is taken in the BODY here. The app reads it as a query parameter on a POST, which is the kind of detail that only bites once.

Request Body required
Names the company profile to act on, by the website it was built from.
Mirrors campaign_builder.routers.company_profile.ApproveProfileRequest,
which is the same single field. The reindex route reads the same value as
a QUERY parameter on a POST in the app; it is a body here because a POST
that carries its only input in the URL is the kind of asymmetry a client
library gets wrong once and then works around forever.

An open envelope for one record, one dashboard or one job receipt.
Open because most of these reads are COMPUTED shapes - an engagement summary, a next-best-step, an intelligence status - that grow with the product, and dropping a field from an advisory read makes it say “nothing to report” rather than “we did not tell you”.
