Retry Company Synthesis
POST /companies/{company_id}/retry-synthesis
Re-run synthesis for this company. SPENDS CREDITS.
Check synthesis-readiness first: a run that is missing its inputs spends
the same credits to produce nothing. A synthesis already marked running is
refused with a 409 - unlike the intelligence retry beside it there is no
stale-run reset, so a genuinely stuck run needs support rather than a
retry loop.
