Send Inbox Email
POST /inbox/emails/{email_id}/send
SEND. THIS DELIVERS A REAL MESSAGE TO A REAL RECIPIENT.
Classifies external, so it needs the inbox:run grant rather than plain
write - a customer can hand out “read and triage my inbox” without handing
out “send as me”.
Pass message_id to keep the reply in its thread; without it the message
arrives as a new conversation.
